REDKEN @ YSL
Adding to the excitement is the duo that created the look makeup artist Dick Page (who hasn't worked the Saint Laurent show in years) and hairstylist Guido (who was working it for the first time). The look was inspired a film of French actress Jeanne Moreau that designer Stefano Pilati showed to Guido.

Page described the pink makeup as "poetic." He blended a matte fuchsia shadow (which he toned down slightly with a touch of gray) along the brow bone and under the eyes. Then he painted a thick stripe of black cream eyeliner along the top lashes and traced over the line with indigo shadow. On the lips, he added a bright, slightly gray fuchsia lipstick - a Rouge Pur from YSL makeup line.
After gathering the hair back into what he described as "a big, rich chignon," Guido smoothed Redken Hardwear 16 Gel from the hairline back several inches. "In the light, there's a flash of sheen on the front of the hair," he said.
