Dolce & Gabbana @ Dolce & Gabbana
“A new Sophia Loren,” was how Pat McGrath described Dolce & Gabbana’s makeup look. “I didn’t want the look to be too perfect,” noted McGrath, the global cosmetics design director for P&G beauty. “There’s an individuality paired with a well-groomed elegance,” hairstylist Eugene Souleiman said of the loosely pinned chignons. He allowed the models’ hair to fall into natural partings, for example. “It’s a natural look, yet very manipulated,” Souleiman said of the deceptively nonchalant styles. “You actually have to be well-practiced to create the look.”

Pinky beige hues of Dolce & Gabbana Blush were added to cheeks.
