Makeup artist Pat McGrath, the global cosmetics design director for P&G beauty, meanwhile, created a dark, graphic eye. “It’s all about the intensity of the eye,” she said, referring to the lashings of mascara and the layering of both black and brown pencil around the eyes. McGrath used a new CoverGirl liner set for release this month dubbed Liquid Line Blast in black. Eyebrows were groomed to perfection with CoverGirl Brow and Eye Makers. Models’ skin, described by McGrath as “matte with life,” was given a light blush and a slight simmer in areas, and completed by a nude lip with a lipstick from CoverGirl.
