On nails: My Private Jet by OPI (luxurious grayish brown based deep black with glints of glamour). Hair: First Lewis sprayed the girls' hair with Cutler Volumizing Spray and back-brushed areas on the top of their heads where he wanted a spot of "bedhead." He spritzed the spots with Redken Spray Starch, pressed them with a flat iron and then fluffed them out with his fingers.
Bobbi Brown & L'Oreal @ J.Mendel Wendy Rowe created a makeup look that brought out the beauty of the girls' faces, forgoing color for highlighting and contouring to accentuate bone structure. "It's like a painting," she said. "We darkened the eyes and under the cheeks, did just a little tawny flush on the cheeks so they don't look unapproachable, and highlighted prominent features. It's a structured face and because it's tone-on-tone the makeup is undetectable."
