OPI Spring 09: HONG KONGAs an anniversary of Spain/France etc collections, OPI will release a Hong Kong collection this spring. The collection is inspired by multiculturality of Hong Kong. Nail polish finishes are creme and shimmer. It will be avaible on retailers around January/February.
