Nanette Lepore introduces a new fragrance that will be available from September 2009. Nanette is made in the cooperation with Anne Flipo from IFF with emphasized amber in the composition.
Nanette brings pink pepper, rose petals and neroli at the top, followed by rose absolute, violet and lily-of-the-valley at the heart. Base notes combine amber with incense and hot cedar wood. A touch of the violet in the composition is dedicated to the name of her 11 year-old daughter.
The collection includes three bottles: 7,5ml (0.25oz) roller ball edp; 30 (1.0oz) and 75ml (2.5oz) edp, along with 100ml (3.4oz) lotion. The bottle of Nanette perfume is made out of heavy crystal, very elegant, created before the composition itself was blended. Its form represents the romance of Italy, and reminds of a vintage bottle seen in an antiquate shop in Florence.
The commercial campaign is done by Poppy de Villeneuve, the daughter of the famous fashion photographer Justin de Villeneuve. The photographs will be available from November in the majority of the main fashion magazines.
