THE LOOK: Band of Outsiders just one-upped "All-American prep"-- sub in mohair sweaters, black leather lace-up stilettos, and pleated trousers galore. Dick Page, Shiseido's genius creative director, created the party-meets-prep look for the show. He used a black or brown eye pencil around the eyes-the color depending on the model's skin tone-and diffused the line a bit with a brush dipped in makeup removeri "Makeup should be fun, creative, playful.
